50 % french oak for 8 months and 50 % in stainless steel tanks.

Deep ruby red.
Aromas
Intense aromatic mixture of black pepper, tabacco , redcurrant and cedar. Red fruits, plums, blackberry and cinnamon, vanilla and smoke coming from oak.
Palate
Sweet entrance, very well structured body with persistent and pleasurable tannins.
