Description
This extraordinary large agave comes from the forests with dry seasons and thickets. Its lanceolate leaves form a huge greenish-grayish rosette with sharp teeth on the edges.
Aroma and flavor of fermented fruits and xoconostle, with a sweet and smooth finish. The Mexican maguey can be found in its three variants: Mexican or Chontal, Mexican long-stemmed and smooth Mexican.
