The whisky's unmistakable smoky note originates from consuming Orkney's woodless, heathery peat to dry our malted grain. This peat is cut by hand just 7 miles from the distillery on our breeze battered Hobbister Moor
Dominantly determined by first-fill European oak Sherry casks,providing darker natural color and a develop fruity yet smoky character
More than 12 years, the cool Northern atmosphere of Orkney makes our whisky age gradually and equitably, giving adjusted development and profundity of flavor
Appearance: Glowing amber
Flavor profile: Heather nectar, fruit cake, winter flavors, Seville oranges, sweet-smelling smoky pear
