Pale yellow in color, the Vermouth Yzaguirre Dry Reserva has a very alcoholic initial taste in the mouth, but in perfect harmony with the acidity of the product. Glyceric in a high percentage, it offers a velvety and very pleasant flavor, with a special presence of notes of wood, herbs and spices. Aged for one year in oak barrels, a process that stabilizes the aroma and color of the blend.
Yzaguirre product line is made following the traditional method of the old production houses born in the foothills of the Italian Alps. Our exclusive formula combines about 80 herbs and spices to give it that very special and distinctive touch.
