Xicala is an exquisite Mezcal made with 100% Espadin Agave; grown in the valley of Tlacolula, Oaxaca, also know as the land of Mezcal due to the perfect soil, climate, and altitude that is needed to produce high quality Mezcal.
Clear color. Tropical, complex aromas and flavors of grilled pineapple, peppers, and sweet potatoes, spiced chestnut honey, smoked peppercorns and herbs, and sweet hard cheese rind with a supple, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a warming, engaging, medium-long campfire embers, lit tobacco, volcanic rocks, and smoked venison jerky finish. A vibrant, flavorful mezcal.
Awarded a Gold Medal with a 94-point rating by the Beverage Testing Institute for its exceptional flavors and aromas.
