Crafted at the Savage & Cooke distillery, this Cask Finished Rye Whiskey offers a rich and complex flavor. Milled and mashed on site with a 20 plate Vendome column still, its five batches are blended for consistency. Aged for a minimum of three years in locally crafted oak barrels, with the option for longer aging in ideal conditions. A portion is then finished in Grenache barrels for a unique and delicious twist.
