Created in 2009, our Maestro Tequilero Jesús Hernández teamed up with two of the world´s most recognized bartenders: Henry Besant and Andrés Masso to create Altos tequila. Searching for a 100% agave tequila for craft cocktails at an affordable price, they created a high quality, agave-rich tequila good enough to sip or to mix in a cocktail.
Ceviches, salads, fish entrees, carpaccios, citrus sauces, green mexican sauce, sushi, general lemon cooked or raw sea food, sweet and sour sauces, asian spicy food.
Tommy´s Margarita- INGREDIENTS: - 4 parts Altos Plata - 2 parts lime juice - 1 part agave syrup Shake all ingredients and strain into rocks glass over cubed ice
