Description
Nixta Licor de Elote is a one-of-a-kind Mexican ancestral corn liqueur used as a modifier. Nixta is named after Destileria Abasolo’s reverence for Nixtamalization—a 4,000 year old Mesoamerican cooking technique we use to reveal the complex aromas & flavors of maize. Smooth, silky textured, Nixta is the purest form of ancestral corn distillation with a nose of roasted corn, the sweet & creamy texture of atole, & a finish of roasted nuts & dried fruit. Serve neat, on the rocks, or as a distinctive cocktail modifier.
