Under the direction of Jean-Michel and Pierre, each batch is tasted individually before being oriented towards a perfect blend to compose a fair and harmonious score leading this cognac to excellence.

COLOR
Mahogany with old gold reflections.
NOSE
Incomparably rich in aromas. Notes of candied orange and quince extending into aromas of mocha and cedar wood mixed with the rising scent of "rancio".
PALATE
The attack is frank and continues with lingering notes of orange peel, leather and tobacco. A light vanilla and toasty finish reveals melted and structured tannins.
