Description
Merlet Brothers Blend cognac was developed by Gilles and his two sons, Pierre and Luc. This “Assemblage des Frères” is intended to be of a new style, in the image of the new generation. Merlet Brothers Blend is the result of a blend of eaux-de-vie aged at least 4 years, mainly Fins Bois associated for a fifth with Grande Champagne. The marriage of different vintages, some much older, makes it possible to develop a unique style: the youngest bringing vigor and power, and the oldest bringing complexity and maturity. Merlet Brothers Blend lends itself perfectly to consumption on ice, the fruity aromas are thus enhanced and new flowery flavors develop.

TASTING NOTES
Nose: The nose is elegant and energetic, characterized by notes of candied apricot, quince, white flowers, cinnamon and vanilla.
Palate: On the palate, Merlet Brothers Blend reveals delicate notes of white fruits (peach and apricot) and a subtle woodiness. It is a supple and balanced cognac with a pleasant taste length.
