So… it’s a sweet symphony, generous and sensual, of all the aromas of the Pear between fruit just picked, almost candied and marmalade before giving birth delicately to vanilla then caramelized notes vanishing in light cascades of ‘Eau-de-Vie which gave birth to it: a Poire Massenez Eau-de-Vie more than 8 years old.
