For the exceedingly anticipated third released in this yearly limited edition series, The Macallan's Master Whisky Maker, Bob Dalgarno, approached the world's most regarded aroma master to co-make Edition No. 3. Master Perfumer Roja Dove gave his striking ability to outline unmistakable smells in The Macallan. Sway Dalgarno at that point used Rojas' enunciation to choose predominant flavor notes from hand selected barrels to shape the last character of Edition No.3
A COLLABORATION WITH ROJA DOVE – MASTER PERFUMER
Following the successful arrival of Edition No. 1 and No. 2, Edition No. 3 proceeds with the differing story of The Macallan's unflinching fixation on its oak cask. Drawn from a mix of European and American oak cask, the whisky introduces a sweet and fruity character. It adjusts a heavier base got from the Tevasa cooperage sherry barrels with the citrus notes of the Hudosa cooperage sherry cask. Light vanilla flavors are gotten from the ex-Bourbon casks and florals and fresh cut oak from the European and American oak refill barrels
