Made from selected Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown in the finest microclimates in Champagne. Following harvest, grapes are pressed immediately in press houses in the vineyards. First pressing is only juice used for this wine. Blending is after primary fermentation, and the final cuv?e completes secondary fermentation in bottle.
The color is a gentle pink with salmon notes. The fine, elegant nose offers ripe black cherry fruit supported by lightly toasted notes. In the mouth, the flavors are full and well rounded, with aromas of red fruit opening up. There are light, minty notes underlined by a touch of grilled almond that pop on the palate. The crisp finish gives the wine a fresh, clean lift.
