Koloa Kauai White Rum presents itself as impeccably clear and crystalline spirit which leaves it's viscous legs crawling throughout the glass. Created using a mash consisting of raw cane sugar, a vintage copper pot still that is powered by steam is used to create this elegant spirit. After distillation, the raw rum is cut with water the once flowed through the ancient Hawaiian landmark of Mount Waialeale. First greeting the palate with a dry note, it then unfolds with notes of Meyer lemon, sweet cotton candy and just the slightest hints of pikake and fresh Kalamansi.
