H.O.B.S. Gin, shorthand for Harbor of Broken Souls, is a modern craft gin made with eight botanicals. It has a juniper backbone, classic to gin, but is balanced with citrus, floral, and spice notes. It's bottled at 100 proof to retain rich character, and is a great gin drinker's gin. The name and label design are an homage to gin's role in English naval history, as it was carried on ships for sailors to receive as part of daily provisions. The label depicts a naval battle and the aftermath of such events.
