What are Beach Plums, you ask? This rare and finicky fruit is indigenous to the beaches of the Atlantic and only grows on the coast from Maryland to Maine. We consider ours to be the New York cousin to the Sloe Berry that Sloe Gins are derived from—and thus our regional homage to this classic spirit.
