Succulent ripe pear and deep floral aromas are complemented by zesty lemon peel. Rich vanilla and juicy honeydew melon come to the fore alongside mature oak.
TASTE
Smooth and delicate; flavours of roasted almond and soft orange peel give way to a subtle chilli spice. Aniseed and candied apricot combine with sweet and sticky honeycomb.
FINISH
Refreshing and light, citrus zest lingers on the finish.
