Erstwhile 2021 Arroqueño Espadín Ensamble Mezcal is crafted with meticulous care by master mezcaleros in the heart of Oaxaca. The agaves are harvested by hand at peak maturity, then roasted in traditional earthen pits, which impart a rich smokiness to the mezcal. After roasting, the agaves are crushed, naturally fermented, and distilled in small copper pot stills, ensuring the highest quality and preserving the authentic flavors of the region.
