TASTING NOTES
Bladderwrack seaweed is high in residual sugar and adds a sweetness to the nose and palate, bringing with it the scent of sea air. Scurvy grass carries a slight spice and salinity. Ground ivy adds fresh, summery grass notes to the finish. A unique and inspired gin that stimulates the senses and transports you to the shoreline around Edinburgh.
