Don Cayo Extra Añejo Tequila is produced from 100% blue Weber agave, carefully cultivated in the highlands of Jalisco. The agave hearts are roasted in traditional ovens and then distilled to perfection. This extra añejo tequila is aged for a minimum of three years in premium oak barrels, allowing it to develop its rich, complex character and deep amber hue.
With its elegant appearance and inviting aroma, Don Cayo Extra Añejo Tequila entices the senses with notes of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak, complemented by hints of dried fruit and spices. On the palate, it delivers a velvety smooth experience, with flavors of dark chocolate, toffee, and roasted nuts, balanced by a touch of cinnamon and a subtle smokiness. The finish is exceptionally long and satisfying, with lingering notes of oak and sweet agave.
