Description
Hand-crafted in the shade of banana trees, saddled on the edge of a high valley in remote village of San Pedro Teozacoalco. Agave: Wild Papalome. Naturally fermented and twice distilled using a steel pot with clay condensor & bamboo tubing. A palate of leather, slate & black olive finishing with sweet notes of dark dried black cherries. ABV 45.
