This delicate and receptive vintage is initially matured for 12 years in American white oak ex-whiskey barrels. The character of The Dalmore 15 is accomplished by dividing then the whisky between three diverse sherry woods; Amoroso, Apostoles and Matusalem oloroso for a further three years. The spirit is at long last hitched together in an upstanding sherry butt, allowing the flavors to infuse.
