Contraluz is an artisanal mezcal made from espadin agave, the product of a novel maturation and filtering method. Our cristalino mezcal pays homage to the beauty of the backlight through a 6-month maturation in charred American oak barrels and a charcoal filtration to produce a crystal-clear liquid with elegant aromas and flavors that are refined, yet distinctly mezcal.
