Canvas focuses on the generous sweetness of whiskies aged in American oak barrels. However, to complete our composition, we turned to an experimental parcel of single malt re-racked into Spanish orange wine casks for three years. Bright, bold and delicious, our aim with Canvas is to inspire further creative work. Pour a glass, prime your canvas, and fill the frame.

FLAVOUR PROFILE
The gloriously waxy and citrusy nose is followed by forest honey and vanilla shortbread notes on the palate. Flavours of nutmeg, cardamom and chocolate intertwine in the long-lasting finish.
