For the extraordinary Creación collection, the masterful Gabriela has carefully selected 13 single barrels from our private reserves, each one representing a unique and exquisite expression of the art of rum-making. Ranging from the classic American oak ex-bourbon to our distinctive Mayan Ceiba barrel finish, every barrel has been filled with rum aged for a minimum of 16 or 17 years, patiently matured to perfection.
To showcase the exceptional quality and complexity of these rums, we have chosen to bottle them at barrel strength, preserving their full-bodied flavor and character.
