Cabo Wabo is pure, no hands-barred, Thick Cut tequila. We turn 100% Weber Blue Agave into tequila the way it was meant to be with full on agave you can taste. It is never influenced by barrel wood- only by hard work, passion, and dedication without apology.
This tequila is fairly sippable, with a balanced play between minerality, saltiness and vanilla sweetness. A pleasant cinnamon spice finish rounds it out. There seems to be more vanilla and salt than flowers or fruit. For a tequila marketed in the premium category, it could definitely use more complexity.
