Burrito Fiestero Masparillo Mezcal is crafted using the finest agave plants, hand-harvested from the rugged terrain of Oaxaca, Mexico. The heart of the agave, known as the piña, is roasted in earthen pits over open flames, imparting a smoky depth to the spirit. The roasted piñas are then crushed, fermented, and double-distilled in copper pot stills by skilled maestros mezcaleros, resulting in a mezcal of exceptional quality and character.
