This whisky is the product of Balcones Distilling’s staff selection program with this single barrel being hand-picked by Balcones’ team members. The aroma opens with fresh-baked biscuits and rich leather, transitioning into peach cobbler on the palate, and fading into toasted marshmallow in the finish.

Toffee, baked apples, banana custard, semi-sweet chocolate, candied orange, mink oil, fall leaves
TASTE
Bright entry with orange zest and fall honey, dried raspberries, nougat and cedar
FINISH
Dry finish with lingering tannins complemented by eucalyptus, chestnuts and milk chocolate
