A 24-hour resting period precedes maturation in a combination of French oak barrels and tanks, allowing the wine to evolve gracefully over 18 months. The final blend, curated in December 2015, harmoniously combines wines from diverse corners of the estate, resulting in a complex and balanced Shiraz with an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 14.0%.
