Alto Del Carmen Pisco Reservado is a fine, aged pisco from the Alto Del Carmen area of Peru. It is distilled from pure Quebranta grapes, and is then aged in oak barrels for at least 18 months. The result is a smooth, rich pisco with hints of vanilla and caramel. Perfect for sipping neat, on the rocks, or in a delicious pisco sour!
