From criadera to soleras, a lifetime of peace, tranquillity and skill are all apparent in Harveys VORS (Very Old Rare Sherries). Certified by the Consejo Regulador de la Denominacion de Origin to be a wine over 30 years of age. 100% Palomino grape. Foundation of Solera 1914. Harveys Fine Old Amontillado has a distinctive nut brown appearance. Some of the keener noses out there will notice hints of burnt peel and hazelnut – and on the palate a dry citrus-like zest. The finish of this particular sherry experience is notable for its layers of crystallised fruits. Best enjoyed slightly chilled at about 15–17ºC. Once opened, keep in a cool place and consume within four to six weeks.
