TASTING NOTES
Chamomile, lemon balm, lemongrass and Kaffir lime leaf marry to produce a citrus freshness to the gin. Pink peppercorns add a perfumed spice, bee pollen brings a silky-smooth sweetness. Our distillers then post infuse fragrant rose and hibiscus flowers impart delicate floral notes and contribute to the beautiful pink hue.
