Description
This “infusion” combines Calvados AOC Pays d’Auge and oranges accompanied by coffee bottled by hand. The maceration offers a beautiful fruity blend between fresh apple, orange and coffee.
Tasting Notes
Colour : golden, brilliant
Nose : zest of oranges followed by subtle aromas of roasted coffee
Palate : fruity attack (orange peel), accompanied by a nice bitterness of coffee
Finish : sweet and finely bitter
