Description
We create this uniquely all natural syrup by hand peeling lemons, limes and oranges, and combining the skins with freshly ground spices, natural cane sugar and vanilla bean. As it ages in Willett bourbon barrels, familiar flavors of original American cola come together, and the syrup takes on notes of vanilla and whiskey from the charred barrels.
BARTENDER NOTES
An exciting addition to cocktails, but also makes great non-alcoholic drinks and sodas. Simply add soda water for a classic cola soda, and top with ice cream for a float. Mixes well with aged spirits like bourbon, but also adds creamy notes to a classic gin fizz.
