Cream of Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey Bottled in Bond is a 100% Rymin rye “estate” grown, distilled, aged, and bottled at Kentucky Artisan Distillery in Crestwood, Kentucky. Limited to only 70 barrels, this unique Kentucky rye whiskey is a one-of-a-kind release for Cream of Kentucky. We would like to include a special thank you to a dear, late friend to us and the entire Kentucky family of whiskey producers and fans, Stephen Thomas of Kentucky Artisan Distillery.
Without his generosity and assistance, we may not have returned Cream of Kentucky as a brand.
Hvenus is a unique rye whiskey composed by Master Distiller Henric Molin at the distillery Spirit of Hven. Elegant and velvety yet powerful and tasty. Each batch consists of 42 barrels coagulated, oxygenated and carefully filtered before bottling at 45.6% vol. No carbon filtration, dyes or sugar additives, just well-made whiskey aged on the best American oak (Quercus Alba) we could find.
Final cereal recipe after mixing the forty-two barrels with four different recipes is; 78.6% rye, 11.9% wheat, 4.8% corn and 4.8% barley. The barrels have matured between three and six years, partly in warehouses with controlled climate conditions. All to create a whiskey with this unique rondor and bouquet.

This Canadian Whisky is a complex and aged 100% rye whisky with nuances of spice, nutmeg and cinnamon. Rich and layered with a deep, lingering finish. Three Fingers has a taste and profile that only rich, aged 12-year-old Canadian whisky’s can offer – no shortcuts here! The whiskys are distilled multiple times in small batches using a pot still and continuous distillation from a reserved blend of rye whiskys before it is place in casks to age for 12 years.
First launched in 2011, Bone Snapper has become our biggest selling whiskey. The age of this whiskey is critical to its flavor profile. We target bottling Bone Snapper around the 30 month mark. At this age, we find a zestful spice and a herbaceous succulence with hints of further richness to come. We are adamant about presenting this whiskey at 108 proof and no lower. Not only does this help make it a wonderful drink on its own but it also has the strength to shine through in a well-made cock-tail. Remember our founding principal – extra proof = extra flavor.
The first Straight Rye made in Pennsylvania in over 25 years, this delicious whiskey is distilled farm-to-bottle in Pennsylvania with locally harvested grain and aged for a minimum of four years. The classic Pre-Prohibition flavor profile is the result of time-tested distilling methods and painstaking attention to detail.
Stellum Black Rye is an evolution of the Stellum Rye flavor profile. Think of it as Stellum Rye in high-def. We used a meticulous blending approach to layer older reserve barrels into the original Stellum Rye blend. The result is a surprisingly mellow cask-strength rye whiskey combining iconic rye spice with a deep complexity that reveals new facets with every sip.

The Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc) partnered with Buffalo Trace Distillery to make this batch of Straight Rye Whiskey. Distilled from the same high quality grains as other straight rye whiskeys from Buffalo Trace, this Kosher spirt was aged in specifically designated Kosher barrels.

This year’s blend is the result of an experiment to celebrate life and lift spirits in the unprecedented time of social distancing. Our Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskeys are offered as a Cask Strength release. Once our traditional sweet mash process is distilled in our column stills we enter the barrel at the lowest entry proof we know of in Kentucky. We barrel at 100 proof and 105 proof to highlight the balance of the distillate and alternate solubility expression we get from the barrel at a lower proof.
Aged a minimum of 3 years, with floral notes, honeysuckle and apricot on the nose and spice and citrus on the palate. Finish is soft and smooth with tannins that bring out black pepper and wood spice. Best enjoyed on the rocks or served in a “Perfect” Manhattan straight up.

This second iteration of our Rum Cask Finish Rye Whiskey celebrates the innovation and creativity of our Sagamore Spirit Reserve Series. We aged our 5- and 6-year-old straight rye whiskies in hand-selected barrels from South America and Jamaica for an additional 10 months and then blended them back together. The Jamaican rum barrels contribute notes of ripe banana and bright pineapple, balanced by the rich vanilla and brûléed sugar character of the South American rum barrels-a unique combination enhancing the spice of our rye. Our Sagamore Spirit Reserve Series celebrates the legacy of Maryland distilling, with an unyielding focus on excellence from start to finish.
Organic Winter Spirit is handcrafted and made from scratch only with certified organic ingredients. The fresh spirit is oak matured both prior and after distillation giving extra depth to the character. Only the best fresh organically grown and harvested herbs and botanicals are selected to get the very best smooth, gentle character.
The unique distillation process in the small copper pot stills of Hven creates sweetness that balances of perfectly with the Clove and Cinnamon and results in a wonderful cocktail of scents and tastes after the special oak maturation.

The original Kentucky Owl Whiskey was made by Charles Mortimer Dedman in the late 1800s. After every drop of this “Wise Man’s Whiskey” in inventory was, ahem… “confiscated” by federal agents under mysterious circumstances at the start of Prohibition, the C.M. Dedman Distillery faded into history. But just a few years ago his great-great-grandson — Dixon Dedman — revived the brand, creating the Kentucky Owl Bourbons and Ryes as small batch, super-premium Spirit blends.
Fans clamor for their premium Rye releases. They win awards and taste amazing, going out of stock quickly. TheLast Rye Batch is the final entry in the series, marking a special and bittersweet occasion. With the popularity of Rye growing, Kentucky Owl’s stock has dwindled. This release had them reach deep into their inventory for a 10-year-old Kentucky Straight Rye and some Whiskey aged 13+ years. Once the juice has left its new charred oak barrels, it’s been bottled at 112.8 proof, making it a proper sweet, oaky, bright, and spicy release — and one that’s bound to go fast.
