Redbreast Lustau Edition is at first developed in customary whiskey and sherry barrels for a time of 9-12 years. It is then completed for 1 extra year in first fill hand chosen sherry butts that have been prepared with the best Oloroso sherry from the lofty Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain.
