KIYOMI means « Pure Beauty » in Japanese. This rum was carefully crafted in Nago City, Okinawa, at Helios distillery, by distilling local sugar cane molasse in a column still. It results in a very aromatic and clean beverage easily drinkable neat as well as in classic cocktails such as Cuba Libre, Mojito or Daiquiri.

Cadenhead’s Classic Blended Rum is a blend of Caribbean Rums bottled at 50% abv. Although it is a continuous product it can vary between batches as we never mass produce. This means that every Cadenhead release is limited and unique. Contains no added sugar.

Our “Batavia Arrack” is a distillate based on 100% sugar-cane molasses, produced exclusively on the island of Java, Indonesia, dated back to the 17th century. It’s comprised of a very specific range of Pot still distillates. It’s the “Rum of Indonesia”. The fermentation process includes the addition of local & traditional Wild Yeast (grown on red rice); it is this, which sets it apart from Rum, although the base material is still sugar-cane. Distillation of our Batavia Arrack is carried out using very traditional Pot stills, adopting ancient Chinese distillers’ methods. Our Master Blender created a excellent product, aged in teak & oak barrels up to 8 years, resulting in fantastic rich and deep flavors, lingering on the palate.
‘Zacapa Edición Negra is made of a blend of rums between 6 and 24 years old and is inspired by the natural elements of Guatemala including the dark fire of its volcanoes. Edición Negra is aged in select barrels including double charred American oak casks, creating a rich, dark rum with a smoky intensity.
