In order to capture nature’s freshness, we invented our unbelievably cold distillation process. The result is a flavour you just can’t replicate in traditional heated stills. It allows us to use fresh frozen citrus peel, instead of the typical dried peel. So that inside each of our individually numbered bottles is a bright, distinct, sippable gin.

The Loch & Union take on a classic dry gin, with an American twist. Starting with a neutral grain spirit base, 12 botanicals have been carefully selected to create a clean, balanced spirit layered with complexity.

OPIHR Spices of the Orient Gin is crafted with a selection of exotic hand-picked botanicals, carefully chosen by OPIHR’s Master Distiller, including spicy Cubeb berries from Indonesia, Black Pepper from India and Coriander from Morocco.
The botanicals in Opihr Gin make the journey to their final destination, the oldest distillery in England, where quality gin has been traditionally distilled, using the same London Dry Gin method, since 1761. Here the botanicals are married with fine English spirit to produce an exotic oriental spiced gin.

Baczewski’s Dry Gin has been made according to a traditional family recipe for decades, using nothing but the best natural ingredients. We produce it using distilled potato spirit and crystal-clear mountain water, while its exquisite and well-balanced flavour has been achieved thanks to a carefully selected mixture of aromatic extras: juniper berries, coriander, aniseed, ginger and dill, as well as lemon and orange peel. There are many ways in which Baczewski’s Dry Gin may be served. It makes an excellent aperitif, and is frequently served on ice or with tonic. However, it tastes best mixed with vermouth in a classic dry martini cocktail.

It is with great pride that Asahikawa distillery made this unique gin on the Northern island of Hokkaido in Japan. The main botanicals – green bitter orange peel, coriander, licorice and angelica root – macerate for more than 24h in neutral cane spirit distilled thanks to a copper still with a swan neck to 83% vol. It is then diluted down to 43% vol with water sourced from the Taisetsu Mountains and filtered through charcoal for optimal purity.

And finally, used Oregon wine barrels bring warm, toasted notes. Enjoy on ice with an orange twist or in a number of classic Old Tom cocktails. -
