Malt spirit is the heart of genever. It’s what makes genever genever, you could say. We wanted to showcase our unique malt spirit in its purest form – just how they were drinking it way back when in the 17th century. Now bartenders and connoisseurs can taste the origins of this exclusive spirit.

”Today it’s a less familiar style of gin, but it is still a bartender’s favourite when making cocktails such as the Martinez, Tom Collins and Ramos Gin Fizz. The generous quantities of botanicals used in our family recipe create a bold citrus and juniper pine character that is smooth and beautifully delicate with a subtle underlying sweetness.”
Pomp & Whimsy brings modern sensibilities to the tradition of gin making by infusing classically distilled gin with a delightfully flavorful botanical liqueur.
The result is a highly refined, yet playfully sensorial spirit, that is both graceful by itself, and effortlessly dressed, up or down.

This recipe takes a classic London Dry backbone and layers on sweet, sun-dried lemon peels, lemon verbena for aromatic sweetness on the nose and vapour infused fresh hand peeled lemon for sharp bite and floral notes to dial up the spritz.
A modern take on American-style gin. Fresh citrus, familiar juniper and an elegant floral finish create an elevated, highly drinkable gin. Distilled from grapes, bottled at 40% ABV.
Our favorite cocktail. Enjoying the view out the ocean. A mound of ice in a glass.
A large measure of Malfy con limone, top with a small bottle of tonic, a slice of (italian) lemon…
In order to capture nature’s freshness, we invented our unbelievably cold distillation process. The result is a flavour you just can’t replicate in traditional heated stills. It allows us to use fresh frozen citrus peel, instead of the typical dried peel. So that inside each of our individually numbered bottles is a bright, distinct, sippable gin.
Junípero is a bold gin, the kind that gives your mouth a firm handshake. Juniper bursts onto the palate, laying down a smooth bed, as citrus and floral notes saunter in like they own the place. The end resolves to a tidy finish, with a clean and crisp bite that invites another sip.

The Loch & Union take on a classic dry gin, with an American twist. Starting with a neutral grain spirit base, 12 botanicals have been carefully selected to create a clean, balanced spirit layered with complexity.
Loch & Union Barley Gin is made starting with a mash of 100% malted barley, which is distilled in a similar way to our Single Malt Whiskey (which we expect to be ready in two to three year’s time) and we use that as the base for the gin rather than neutral spirits.

Baczewski’s Dry Gin has been made according to a traditional family recipe for decades, using nothing but the best natural ingredients. We produce it using distilled potato spirit and crystal-clear mountain water, while its exquisite and well-balanced flavour has been achieved thanks to a carefully selected mixture of aromatic extras: juniper berries, coriander, aniseed, ginger and dill, as well as lemon and orange peel. There are many ways in which Baczewski’s Dry Gin may be served. It makes an excellent aperitif, and is frequently served on ice or with tonic. However, it tastes best mixed with vermouth in a classic dry martini cocktail.
It is with great pride that Asahikawa distillery made this unique gin on the Northern island of Hokkaido in Japan. The main botanicals – green bitter orange peel, coriander, licorice and angelica root – macerate for more than 24h in neutral cane spirit distilled thanks to a copper still with a swan neck to 83% vol. It is then diluted down to 43% vol with water sourced from the Taisetsu Mountains and filtered through charcoal for optimal purity.
Edinburgh Cannonball Gin is a gin that lives up to its evocative name. Bottled at 57.2% abv, 100% proof. This higher alcohol content allows our distillers to add more botanicals, strong in both alcohol and flavour.
