This barrel is unlike any other Watershed bourbon we have tried. While its’ Watershed DNA is undeniable, the lighter, more delicate flavor profile makes this a truly singular expression of their classic bourbon. To best preserve this quality we wanted to offer you this exclusive Two Souls Spirits release as the whiskey gods intended – right out of the barrel.
We selected this cask strength bourbon from the award winning Watershed Distillery in Columbus, Ohio. Born and raised in the middle of America’s heartland, this three-grain bourbon (72% corn, 21% rye, 7% barley malt) impresses immediately with its delicate, yet undeniably rich and complex, flavor profile. We know that bourbon likely is not the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Ohio (It’s obviously Randy “Macho Man” Savage), but we are confident that this grain-to-glass Watershed bourbon will change that.
