Our Master Distiller, Billy Walker, is passionate about wood management, closely monitoring the development of the whisky until he finds the perfect balance of distillery and cask influence. From amongst the 50,000 casks maturing across our 16 warehouses, Billy hand-selected five vintage Pedro Ximenez casks for this bottling.
With a very limited release of only 1,600 bottles available worldwide, The GlenAllachie 21 years old is offered at cask strength, natural colour and non-chill filtered, meaning this annual small batch release showcases GlenAllachie in its purest form.
