This original limited-batch release of our celebrated High Rye Bourbon, now sold out, incorporated the Abruzzi and Brassetto rye varieties, along with Elbon rye. To infuse the spirits with a sense of home, we distilled with the same white corn you’ll find in Austin-made tortillas. And, to protect these flavors, as with all of our spirits, we did everything in-house. The result? A bourbon with creativity and integrity.

From our Master Blender, Nancy Fraley: “Delightfully sweet aromas shine through on the initial nose, followed by waves of browned butter with baking spices such as cinnamon, allspice, and clove. The alcohol is soft and round on the palate, with a surprisingly long finish, depth, and finesse.”
