This cask bottling, distilled in December 1998, spent 20 years maturing in a 2nd fill Bourbon Hogshead. It was bottled at cask strength in March 2019 at 58.9% ABV. Cask #751405 yielded 235 bottles.

Color: Olive oil.
Nose: Warm and malty with aromas of cardamon and crème brillee, caramel and cigar wrappers, lemon pinwheels, tinned pears, and spiced vanilla, then hints of fruit cake and toasted hazelnuts.
Palate: Wonderfully viscous with pronounced malt, spun sugar, cinnamon buns, graham crackers, then hints of browning pineapple and apple butter.
Finish: Moderate to long with continuing malt presence, powdered ginger, a hint of cinnamon and grilled pineapple towards the end.
