The Crème de Fraise des Bois Merlet combines two varieties of fruit that complement each other and provide richness and complexity. The Merlets are supplied by partner producers to ensure the continuity of the quality produced. Because of their status as blackcurrant growers and winegrowers, the Merlets can dialogue with these producer-suppliers and use their expertise to select fruits of optimal maturity. The strawberries are then macerated in a superfine alcohol to extract all their aromas, then pressed and filtered into a natural fruit infusion. Finally sugar is added to obtain the final strawberry cream.
