I ordered 12 bottles of Johnnie Walker Red to give as gifts, I ordered them at beginning of November so I would have them hoping the latest mid December. I had to change address so I contacted, or try to contact, but didn't get an answer for weeks. I was finally able to speak to someone over the phone and explained the situation, the change of address, they took my new address and was assured everything was being taken care of. About a week later I get an email my ordered was shipped abd I see the address and it was still the original address, right away I contacted someone and got a response again assuring me that things would be fixed not to worry. Well this last friday I get a call from Ohio that my bottles were delivered there, I live in San Antonio Tx. So now Im paying for shipment again, out of my own pocket. So yes, it is the worst service I've ever had
