Four Gate Saint Charente Release 18 Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

Batch 18 Saint Charente Batch 18 is a 7 year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in French Cognac casks. Named for the Charente river that flows through the Cognac region of France, St. Charente is a whiskey that smells of baking spices, cooked apples and orchard fruits, and sweet cinnamon.

TASTING NOTES 
Appearance: Deep Amber
Nose: Peppery rye spice, dark fruits, oak, and vanilla
Taste: Black pepper, lemon zest, and sweet corn followed by plums, dark cherries and raisins
Finish: Long and lingering with rye spice and sweet rum-molasses
