TASTING NOTES
The organic honey is clear and deep in flavour, this helps balance out the tart berry notes in the succulent brambles. This satisfyingly fruity gin is bursting with natural flavour and is perfect year-round.
With enticing notes of dark berry and crisp juniper on the nose, followed by sweet bramble and silky honey on the palate, this 40% abv gin is luxuriously smooth. Serve neat with ice or topped up with tonic for a refreshingly fruity take on a G&T. In the colder months add it to mulled wine, for a satisfying blackberry hit.
