Amongst its trees, shrubs and herbs, something particularly wonderful lies within Edinburgh’s Royal Botanic Gardens. The 1670 gin emerged from a treasure trove of over 14,000 plants that are grown there. Edinburgh Gin’s head distiller and the Gardens’ chief botanist worked together to produce something truly extraordinary.

Smooth and well-rounded with hints of peppery spice and an abundance of classic juniper
Soft sweetness with a lively finish
