Hand crafted in small batches, with sourced high grade corn from local farmers, distilled and aged for 3 years in lightly toasted and charred barrels then finally double mellowed for a pure, smooth and complex finish.
TASTING NOTES
Light golden amber. A nose of maple, honey, light oak and caramelised banana. Smooth and buttery mouthfeel, roasted apple and banana fruit leads onto vanilla and a hint of nutmeg. A rich warm finish with notes of salted popcorn.
