Double distilled. Aged in old calvados casks and casks that formerly contained Pommeau de Normandie. Amber robe. On the nose, hint of ripe apples, quince, hazelnuts and flowers. A rich, powerful impression on the palate with a final marked by rancio. The mouth is powerful and rich, marked by rancio on the finish.
