Made from grapes sourced from our estate C5 vineyard. This Pinot Grigio is aged in neutral French oak barrels for 8 months. Pinot Grigio has subtle aromas of citrus, pears, and apricots. On the palate, this wine is crisp with acidity yet smooth from the oak and contains plenty of fruit flavors. It pairs well with fresh green salads tossed with pear vinaigrette or spicy grilled chicken. Pinot Grigio is our family’s favorite summer vino!
